The reason why is because black pepper contains piperine which increases the absorption of curcumin into the blood stream by a whopping 2000%

You can take it in powdered form, I would only recommend a teaspoon, because that is the right amount to take daily and to see consistent results.


They are excellent to adding to your dishes, especially in eggs and other dishes that contains spices to give it and extra healthy kick.


They can also be added to soups and also if you like to experiment in the kitchen, you can bake some creative treats or breads, referencing to some recipes with Turmeric.
